Findings you can act on, defend, and put in front of a board

Fenwick does not sell template plans, checkbox training, volume hours, or binders written to justify their own size.

  • Not a template security plan

Assessments are built around your facilities, operations, and people. You receive findings specific to your environment, not a standard document with your name inserted.

  • Not a checkbox training

Training and tabletop exercises are written against the scenarios your organization is actually exposed to, and they are measured on what participants can do afterward.

  • Not a thousand page binder

You receive a short, prioritized set of recommendations that leadership can fund, assign, and finish. If a finding does not change a decision, it does not make the report.

  • Proof, not narrative

The value of an engagement is the analysis behind it. Every finding is documented, sourced, and separated from inference, so it holds up with counsel and in litigation.

Our process

What happens after you call.

Scope, plan, execute, report. The sequence is the same on every engagement.

  1. Scope

Clarify the issue, the stakeholders, the urgency, the risks, and the appropriate boundaries of the work.

  2. Plan

Build a practical plan aligned with your legal, business, and confidentiality requirements.

  3. Execute

Assessments, interviews, document review, and fact development, conducted with discretion.

  4. Report

Timely, accurate, defensible reporting designed to support decisions and, where needed, legal proceedings.

Pedigree as methodology

Counterintelligence training is a method, not a biography.

The founder spent his career as a U.S. Army counterintelligence special agent: conducting national security investigations, developing human sources, and running liaison with the FBI, NSA, DEA, and foreign government intelligence officials. That work meant verifying claims under pressure, developing facts without alerting a subject, and writing findings that survived review by people with authority to act on them.

Those habits are the reason Fenwick exists. They are applied directly to internal fraud matters, threat assessments, due diligence, and security program reviews. Most private firms are not structured to replicate them.
